1. Payments:

Payments are due at time of order, taxes are extra. ALL COURSES MUST BE PAID FOR PRIOR TO THE COURSE DATE. IF YOU HAVE NOT ELECTED TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD ON LINE, PLEASE CONTACT SILVERCORE IMMEDIATELY TO ARRANGE PAYMENT.

2. Payment Methods:

Silvercore accepts VISA, MasterCard, Amex, and Debit and Cash. Orders paid by Debit or Cash must be arranged prior to shipment or attendance of class. Please call the office at 604–940–7785 to make arrangements.

3. Returns:

Silvercore has the right to refuse the return of any item. All returns are subject to inspection. There is a 25% restocking fee on all items returned. They must include original packaging and be in sellable condition.

4. Cancellations:

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice (two business days) is required if you cannot attend a scheduled class for a credit to be applied to your account for a future class. Cancellation or failure to show without 48 hour notice will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee if we are unable to fill your seat.

5. Refunds:

All orders placed with Silvercore Advanced Training Systems Inc. are non–refundable. If for some reason you cannot attend a scheduled class, a credit will be applied to your account for a future class.
